Job summary

Intermountain Children's Health in Las Vegas, NV, seeks an Executive Director to shape the next chapter of pediatric care by leading ambulatory services that complement our new children's hospital.

Reporting to the AVP of Ambulatory Clinics for Children’s Health, this leader will oversee Medical Group operations and foster a culture of accountability and excellence across safety, quality, equity, access, and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or a related field is required.
• Five years progressive healthcare leadership or practice management experience.
• Demonstrated effective communication and interpersonal relations skills.
• Demonstrated strong computer skills, including word-processing, spreadsheets, and advanced applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead medical group operations for a significant portfolio of clinics within designated market or service lines.
• Develop and manage budgets; review and analyze financial reports.
• Prepare proposals and business cases to deliver strategic imperatives.
• Mentor and develop leaders and staff; foster professional growth.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
• Drive KPI performance and influence leaders to meet goals.
• Promote high standards of care while maintaining productivity.
• Collaborate with physician and APP leaders to support performance and growth.
• Partner with leadership to recruit and retain physicians and APPs.
