Job summary

J.P. Morgan is seeking a Business Transformation Executive Director within Payments to lead cross-functional strategic projects and drive the transformation agenda across high-priority initiatives. You will work directly with senior management to shape and execute strategy, delivering insights and recommendations.

In this role, you will manage project teams, develop strategic presentations, and collaborate across J.P. Morgan Payments to expand markets and optimize operating models.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience from a premier management consulting firm, a payments firm, or an investment banking division.
• Strong interest in payments and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Diverse problem solving experience across financial services sectors.
• Outstanding ability to analyze problems, apply quantitative approaches, and communicate clearly (oral and written).
• Openness to developmental feedback and experience managing teams or project teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional strategic projects within J.P. Morgan Payments Transformation.
• Advise senior management of J.P. Morgan Payments on strategy and execution.
• Manage Strategy & Transformation project teams and deliver results.
• Gather, synthesize, analyze and present project data and findings.
• Develop strategic presentations for internal and external audiences.
• Execute on market expansion strategy and monitor industry trends.
• Foster collaboration across multiple J.P. Morgan Payments businesses.
