Job summary

Bethany of the Northwest seeks an Administrator/Executive Director to direct daily operations at Everett Transitional Care Services. You will ensure clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, and financial viability while upholding Bethany’s core values.

Responsibilities include policy development, board representation, and community relations; you will lead staffing, HR, and quality initiatives such as QAPI, with emphasis on safety and patient welfare.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; health-related field preferred.
• Current, unencumbered Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license in WA required.

Responsibilities

• Lead facility operations and ensure compliance with long-term care regulations.
• Develop and enforce policies and procedures; oversee governance with board and regulators.
• Manage budget, cost reporting, and financial performance; monitor PPD costs.
