Bethany of the Northwest is seeking an Environmental Services Manager for our Silver Lake facility in South Everett. You will oversee daily EVS operations, ensuring high quality, patient-centered care and efficient, safe environments across facilities.

The role requires 10+ years in health care environmental services, strong leadership, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. You will train staff, manage schedules, and coordinate with vendors while driving a service-focused culture.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in health care environmental services or related leadership role.
• Excellence in people management and customer service skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling tools.
• Experience with multi-facility scheduling, budgeting and supply procedures.
• Ability to lead, coach, and provide performance feedback.

Responsibilities

• Trains and supervises staff, prioritizes and assigns work to ensure EVS services across locations.
• Monitors procedures and ensures quality and service standards are met.

Manages inquiries (in person, via phone or email) and resolves problems in a timely and effective manner.Coordinates staffing schedules and assignments. Develops schedules in accordance with applicable guidelines; ensures coverage for all shifts. Verifies and approves scheduling and timekeeping records in accordance with corporate policies.Builds and maintains effective working relationships.
