Job summary

Behavioral Health Allies seeks a Chief Operating Officer to drive day-to-day performance across residential, education, and transportation operations. The COO reports to the CEO, leads the executive team, and is responsible for achieving safe, compliant, and budget-conscious execution across all locations.

The role requires a track record of fast, visible impact, strong cross-functional leadership, and the ability to turn strategy into daily results in a demanding staffing environment.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and a track record of senior operations leadership.
• Experience running 24/7 or multi-site operations with large hourly workforces is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to turnaround underperforming operations with measurable early results.
• Experience in highly regulated environments and leading audits, surveys, and corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as chief operating executive and partner to the CEO on operational decisions.
• Holds direct line authority over all operating divisions and staffing decisions within budget.
• Sets operating standards, performance expectations, and accountability; leads performance improvements.
• Approves policies and procedures with compliance review by the risk and compliance function.
