Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license in the State of Louisiana.
• 1 year of Rehab/LTAC experience required.
• 3-5 years hospital/healthcare senior management or similar progressive organizational advancement.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive direction and oversight for nursing and other services
• Plan, organize and direct management and delivery of quality patient care
• Direct development and approve hospital-wide patient care programs, policies, and procedures
• Ensure that patients receive safe and effective high-quality patient care services
• Recruit, interview and evaluate personnel
• Prepare budgets and promote relationships with medical and administrative staff
• Comply with state, federal and governing body regulations to achieve hospital goals
