Job summary

Sage Specialty Hospital (LTAC) in Lafayette, LA is seeking a Director of Nursing (RN) to lead nursing operations, shape policy, and elevate patient care across the facility.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license in Louisiana.
• 1 year of Rehab/LTAC experience.
• 3-5 years hospital/healthcare senior management or similar progressive advancement.

• Provide executive direction and oversight for nursing and other services.
• Plan, organize and direct management and delivery of quality patient care.
• Direct development and approve hospital-wide patient care programs, policies, and procedures.
• Ensure that patients receive safe and effective high-quality patient care services.
