AMG Specialty Hospital – Central Indiana (Hancock Campus) seeks a Chief Clinical Officer (CCO) for our LTAC boutique unit in Greenfield, IN. This RN leader will guide clinical operations, nursing practice, and quality outcomes within a small, high-acuity environment.

Qualifications

• Active Indiana RN license with current BLS and ACLS.
• 1–2 years of high-acuity nursing leadership experience.

• Strong management abilities and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Shape clinical operations, nursing practices, and quality outcomes as a senior leader.
• Direct a small, high-acuity unit within an LTAC facility.
