The Executive Director will oversee all aspects of the operations of the National Native Community Fund. The role will encompass both long-range strategy setting and day-to-day operations in concert with bank employees. It will be responsible for various activities related to the initial development of the non-profit, its growth, fundraising, and management in coordination with the NNCF Board of Directors.
The Executive Director of NNCF will provide visionary leadership while promoting strong relationships with Tribal communities, funding partners, community organizations, and other key stakeholders. This role is responsible for ensuring the long-term sustainability, operational excellence, and strategic impact of NNCF in alignment with its mission and the goals of Native American Bank.
