Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership or Human Resources.
• Principal or Mid-Management Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs and manages all personnel matters.
• Manages applicant documents to ensure compliance with rules.
• Develops and implements yearly recruiting action plan.
• Provides data and reporting for new staff projections.
• Facilitates interviews of applicants.
• Oversees personnel policies and compliance with laws.
• Maintains district documents and manuals for HR.
