The Christ Hospital Health Network seeks an Executive Director of Development to lead major gift cultivation and acquisition through a donor-centric approach, expanding the donor pipeline and strengthening philanthropy across the Network.

Reporting to the Foundation President, you will direct a portfolio-based team, collaborate across campaigns, donor experience, and operations, and maintain a robust major gift portfolio with six-figure gifts or higher.

Qualifikationen

• Ten years in fund development; health care preferred.
• Minimum five years directing major gifts and high-wealth contributions.
• Minimum five years leading fundraising staff.
• Experience with high-level boards, volunteers, and leadership.
• Proficiency in Raiser's Edge and MS Office Suite.

Aufgaben

• Lead and mentor the development team, including Directors of Development.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate Major Giving program.
• Cultivate and solicit major donors, with personal portfolio.
• Engage with donors, physicians, executives, patients and families professionally.
• Manage special projects as assigned.
