Job summary

The Christ Hospital Foundation is seeking an Executive Director of Development to lead major gifts, grow the donor pipeline, and steward a donor-centric fundraising program across The Christ Hospital Health Network. You will oversee Directors of Development and collaborate with campaign, donor experience, and operations teams to drive strategy and results.

The role requires a proven track record in securing six-figure gifts, extensive leadership experience, and the ability to build relationships

Qualifications

• Ten years in fund development, most of which in health care.
• Minimum of five years managing or directing major gifts, planned gifts or other high-wealth contribution efforts.
• Minimum of five years successfully managing others on the fundraising team.
• Strong collaboration with physicians, executives, and volunteers.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, report on, and evaluate all aspects of the Major Giving program.
• Research, identify, cultivate, and solicit major gift donors.
• Maintain a robust donor portfolio and expand the donor pipeline.
• Lead, mentor, and coach Directors of Development and other staff.
