Job summary

Life Care Centers of America in Omaha, NE is seeking a Nursing Home Administrator to provide leadership for facility operations and quality patient care in compliance with laws and Life Care standards.

You will oversee financial operations, human resources, customer service, business development, and clinical operations, working with facility management to implement policies and ensure budget adherence and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required for consideration.
• Active NHA license must be maintained in good standing.
• 3+ years post-acute care experience preferred.
• ACHCA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure facility complies with all federal, state and local regulations and acts as Compliance Liaison.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment for patients, families, and staff.
• Represent the facility to position it as the provider of choice in the community.
• Ensure census goals are met and operate within the annual budget.
• Supervise staff effectively and deliver excellent customer service.
