Bonaventure Senior Living in Bothell, WA, is seeking an Executive Director with vision and passion to lead a luxury senior living community. You will inspire a high-performing team, oversee daily operations, and partner with sales to drive occupancy while delivering outstanding resident experiences.

The role requires an Administrator's license, a track record in managing revenues and expenses, and a commitment to senior care.

Qualifications

• Hold an Administrator's License or be able to obtain one.
• Proven track record in Sales and revenue/expense management.
• Excellent verbal and communication skills.
• A desire to make a difference in the lives of seniors and a commitment to meet the needs of our residents.
• Successful experience as an Administrator for an Assisted Living, Independent Living, or Memory Care facility.
• Must pass a criminal background check and drug test.
