Job summary

Methow Valley Nordic Ski Educational Foundation (MVNSEF) seeks an inspired, dynamic leader to become Executive Director. This year-round, 0.8-1.0 FTE role advances a mission to support a vibrant Nordic ski community in the Methow Valley through exceptional programs and events.

The Executive Director will guide staff, strengthen finances and fundraising, and cultivate partnerships with community businesses, nonprofits, and government to sustain and grow MVNSEF's impact in the region.

Qualifications

• Lead, manage and empower staff as the organization's voice and storyteller.
• Strengthen finances and fundraising while expanding sustainable programs.
• Build and maintain productive partnerships with local businesses, nonprofits and government.
