Job summary

The Nordic Skiing Association of Anchorage (NSAA) seeks an Executive Director to elevate its mission and programs. The ED will lead strategic direction, oversee administration, finances, and trail operations, and steward NSAA’s events and community engagement.

Reporting to a volunteer board, the ED will drive revenue generation, program development, snowmaking operations, and staff management, shaping NSAA’s impact for the next 50 years and beyond in Anchorage’s Nordic skiing community.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the overall strategy and vision for NSAA.
• Oversee administration, financial management, and revenue generation.
• Lead program and event development and activities.
• Manage operations of trail maintenance and snowmaking.
• Direct personnel management and strategic planning.
