Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience leading a nonprofit or mission-driven organization.
• Strong fundraising, governance and community relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operations, programs, and services to promote independence at home for older adults.
• Lead fundraising, donor relations and community development initiatives.
• Manage staff, volunteers, finances, HR and communications.
• Report to the Board of Directors and ensure strong governance and compliance.
