Job summary

Qualifications

• MD/MD-PhD or equivalent medical degree required.
• Board certification in hematology or oncology required.
• Minimum of 6 years of clinical development experience in biopharma or academic medicine.
• Experience with cell therapy, CAR-T or other immuno-oncology modalities is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic, scientific, and medical leadership for the NHL program across development lifecycle.
• Develop and execute the integrated clinical development plan including indication strategy and endpoint strategy.
• Lead early clinical studies (first-in-human, dose-escalation, dose-expansion, POC).
• Contribute to later-stage development and registration-enabling planning as appropriate.
• Provide medical oversight for protocols, regulatory documents, IND submissions, safety monitoring, and data interpretation.
