Self Regional Healthcare in Greenwood, SC is seeking a Senior Director of Spine, Neurosurgery, Neurology & Pain Services to provide strategic, operational, and financial leadership for the neuroscience service line. The role partners with physicians, nursing, and administration to drive growth, improve access, optimize operations, and achieve quality and financial goals.

Competenze

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Public Health, Nursing, or related healthcare field.
• Minimum of 7 years progressive healthcare leadership experience.
• 3–5 years director-level leadership experience in healthcare operations.
• Experience leading physician practices, service lines, ambulatory operations, surgical services, or neuroscience programs.

• Develop and execute neuroscience service line strategy aligned with organizational goals.
• Direct day-to-day operations across all assigned departments and practices.
• Develop and manage annual operating and capital budgets.
