Qualifications

• 5+ years in executive or senior leadership roles in corporate, nonprofit or related settings.
• Track record of setting strategy, leading teams and managing complex operations.
• Exceptional relationship-building with internal teams, executives, donors and community leaders.
• Executive presence and polished communication; comfortable representing the organization publicly.
• Ability to travel 30% to 50%.
• Commitment to improving the lives of young people and supporting local business communities.

Responsibilities

• Set and execute organizational strategy in partnership with the Board, focusing on sustainable growth and operational excellence.
• Expand the CEO Program into new communities by partnering with local organizations and leaders.
• Drive alignment across the organization with clear priorities, processes and performance expectations.
• Oversee enterprise-wide operations across locations and build a cohesive staff culture with strong communication.
• Implement KPIs to evaluate program effectiveness and continuous improvement.
• Act as the external-facing representative to donors, corporate partners, community leaders and media.
• Lead revenue strategy including donor development, major gifts, grants and partnerships.
