Job summary

The role includes contract procurement, program design, and managing a small team, reporting to the Dean of Business, Entrepreneurship, & Professional Education.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Organizational Leadership, or related field.
• Proven entrepreneurial or business development experience within corporate training, professional services, or higher education.
• Experience designing and delivering corporate or educational training programs.
• Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
• Strong process orientation with a track record of operational improvements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google suites.

Responsibilities

• Proactively scan market trends and identify revenue opportunities for training products and services.
• Cultivate relationships with senior corporate stakeholders to position the college as a partner.
• Respond to RFPs that align with goals and capabilities.
• Design client-centric solutions using cross-functional expertise.
• Lead contract procurement processes from needs assessment to negotiation and closing.
• Oversee program design, delivery, and instructor management to ensure outcomes.
