Job summary

Create Campaign in Wichita, Kansas seeks an Executive Director to lead fundraising, team development, and program impact as the organization scales. The ED will secure funding, build a high-performing team, and safeguard assets while expanding programs that empower diverse entrepreneurs.

The leader will partner with the Board and staff to develop strategies, ensure governance, and drive sustainable growth in a growth-stage nonprofit serving urban entrepreneurs in the Midwest.

Qualifications

• Experience driving major donor campaigns and capital campaigns.
• Proven ability to recruit, develop and retain high-performing teams.
• Strong strategic thinking with ability to scale programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic fundraising plan to generate the annual budget.
• Lead donor cultivation, solicitation and stewardship across foundations, corporations and individuals.
• Partner with the Board to expand funding networks and opportunities.
