The ideal candidate will have a strong background in educational leadership, particularly in Title I environments, and demonstrate measurable success in increasing student achievement while fostering a collaborative organizational culture.

Qualifications

• Proven success as a Principal in a Title I school environment.
• Experience managing school leaders (e.g., Director of Schools, Principal Manager).
• Ability to manage performance across multiple schools or regions.
