Job summary

Acceleration Academies seeks a senior leader to oversee day-to-day operations, performance, compliance, and student outcomes across its charter school portfolio. You will manage multiple state academies to achieve enrollment, retention, academic, financial, and regulatory goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Master’s degree preferred in Education, Educational Leadership, Public Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of educational leadership experience.
• Minimum 3 years supervising multiple schools, sites, or educational programs.
• Experience leading multi-site charter operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations, performance, compliance, and student outcomes of Acceleration Academies’ charter school portfolio.
• Oversee charter schools in multiple states to meet enrollment, retention, academic, financial, and regulatory goals.
• Partner with Academy Directors and cross-functional leaders to drive enrollment growth, student persistence, and academic achievement.
• Collaborate with the RVP, Board Relations & Strategic Partnerships to support governing boards and authorizers.
• Ensure compliance with charter contracts, state regulations, federal requirements, and organizational policies.
• Monitor compliance, operational, and academic risk areas and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Oversee charter school operations across multiple states and support launch of new schools and partnerships.
