Job summary

ECU Health is seeking a Director of Ambulatory Facilities to provide strategic and operational leadership for a growing portfolio of independent, physician-partnered endoscopy ambulatory surgery centers across eastern North Carolina.

Initially accountable for four ASCs with local boards, the leader will ensure high reliability operations, standardized practices, and superior clinical quality, overseeing revenue cycle integrity, supply chain, budgeting, HR, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business, Health Administration, Public Administration, Nursing, or related field, or 10 years of leadership experience in lieu of a degree.
• 3–5 years of leadership experience in ambulatory or surgical services, ASC administration, or multi-site healthcare operations.
• Demonstrated success in board relations and physician partnership development.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for a growing portfolio of ambulatory endoscopy ASCs.
• Oversee revenue cycle integrity, supply chain optimization, budgeting, HR, and regulatory compliance.
• Shape physician ownership pathways and shared-revenue models for future expansion.
