• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Demonstrated commitment to Jesus Christ, including willingness to affirm the Mission’s Statement of Faith.
• Proven experience supervising staff and leading teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Submit to background/criminal history check.

Responsibilities

• Provide spiritual leadership and program direction across services.
• Lead organizational growth and multi-site expansion.
• Oversee staff leadership and ensure accountability across departments and locations.
• Develop and enforce policies, procedures, and compliance with laws and safety standards.
• Maintain visibility and connection with frontline staff and guests.
• Manage board reporting on operations, finances, and outcomes.
