Hope Served, a faith-centered nonprofit, is seeking an Executive Director to lead the organization in providing participation opportunities for adults with disabilities. You will oversee operations, manage budgets, and lead fundraising efforts while building vital community partnerships.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of management experience, preferably in a faith-based organization.
• Demonstrate strong Christian faith and alignment with Hope Served's mission.
• Proven skills in fundraising and donor management.

Responsibilities

• Provide organizational leadership and establish strategic priorities.
• Oversee day-to-day operations including programs and services.
• Lead fundraising efforts and cultivate community relationships.
• Manage budgeting and financial reporting.
