Concentra, Inc. is seeking an Associate Director of Medical Operations in Rahway, NJ, to provide direct patient care and lead by example, ensuring an exceptional patient experience.

The role focuses on identifying opportunities to improve clinical quality and safety, while mentoring future clinical leaders and collaborating with key stakeholders. The ideal candidate has an unrestricted medical license, an MD/DO degree, and experience in managed care or physician management.

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted medical license in state of jurisdiction required for clinical and/or business duties.
• Unrestricted DEA license for state of jurisdiction.
• Medical degree (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) from an accredited institution.
• Occupational Medicine experience preferred, but we are willing to train otherwise qualified candidates.
• Preferred 3 years experience in managed care and physician management, especially in a managed care setting.

Responsibilities

• Spends 100% of time in a center providing direct patient care, leading by example and delivering exceptional patient experience.
• Assumes CMD responsibilities at a specific location or Market Float.
• Identifies opportunities to improve clinical quality, workflows, and safety at center and market levels.
• Drives patient and client experience and satisfaction metrics.
• Mentors and trains future clinical leaders while fostering collaboration and professionalism.
