The Commercial team at EyePoint focuses on bringing innovative therapies to patients by ensuring healthcare providers, partners, and communities have access to treatment, reimbursement, and are able to use the product appropriately. This team uses data-driven insights, market access strategies, and a patient-centric approach to improve awareness, access, and adoption of EyePoint’s therapies to help improve vision outcomes for people with serious retinal diseases.
The Executive Director, Marketing Operations & Analysis will architect and lead the operational infrastructure required to support a successful DURAVYU launch and sustained commercial execution. This leader owns marketing project management, campaign workflows, promotional review processes, agency management, market research, performance analytics, congress operations, and budget management — serving as the operational backbone of the Marketing and Strategy organization.

This role is critical in ensuring the Marketing and Strategy team operates with efficiency, compliance, and data-driven rigor as EyePoint transitions from a development-stage to a commercial-stage organization.
Reporting to the SVP, Marketing and Strategy, this role will partner closely with all marketing functional leads, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Medical Affairs, and external agency partners.

The target salary range for this position is listed below:
Salary Range: $257,500 USD - $326,167 USD
