Job summary

CACI International Inc seeks a Director, Manufacturing Environmental Health & Safety to lead safety and environmental performance across its manufacturing sites in the United States. This executive role defines strategy, governance, and engagement to embed world-class safety culture from the plant floor to the executive suite.

The successful candidate will drive hazard identification, risk reduction, and compliance with ISO 45001/14001, OSHA/EPA requirements, and leading indicators.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
• CSP or CIH certification strongly preferred.
• Advanced degree (MS, MBA) is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement an enterprise leadership engagement model across sites.
• Own the enterprise EHS management system with governance cadence.
• Drive hazard identification and risk reduction in manufacturing processes.
• Lead or oversee incident investigations and corrective actions.
• Report safety performance to executives and the Board with site accountability.
