Med-National Staffing Inc. seeks a strategic and hands‑on Director of Environmental, Health & Safety to lead enterprise EHS programs across manufacturing and corporate operations.

The candidate will partner with executives to foster a world-class safety culture, ensure regulatory compliance, and support growth. The role focuses on developing EHS strategy, leading cross‑functional teams, and driving continuous improvement using Lean/Six Sigma methodologies across multiple facilities in Indiana

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field.
• 12+ years of progressive EHS experience in manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Minimum 5 years in a senior EHS leadership role with multi-site responsibility.
• Experience scaling and sustaining enterprise-wide EHS programs across facilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive EHS strategy aligned with growth and operations.
• Lead regulatory compliance, environmental permitting, and reporting.
• Direct incident investigations using root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Oversee training, safety culture development, and performance measurement across locations.
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, and HR to integrate EHS into daily operations.
