Job summary

Signature HealthCARE seeks an Executive Director, Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA), to lead our Terre Haute facility with Vision and purpose. This role guides operation, staff development, and financial outcomes in a rapidly evolving healthcare landscape.

Relocation to Terre Haute, Indiana is expected; the leader will foster patient-centered care, maintain high performance, and deploy AI-assisted tools to improve efficiency and quality of life for residents.

Qualifications

• Must have a current LNHA license in the state of location or willing to obtain if licensed in another state.
• Three (3) years of experience operating a skilled nursing facility.
• Previous P&L responsibility required; comfort with AI tools preferred.

Responsibilities
