CommuniCare is seeking an RN Nursing Unit Manager for Dixon Healthcare Center in Wintersville, OH. This full-time Day Shift role requires leadership and hands-on nursing oversight to ensure high-quality resident care.

The RN will supervise staff, coordinate unit operations, and ensure compliance with care standards in a 24-hour setting. Ohio RN license, 2–5 years of supervisory experience, and LTAC/Behavioral Health exposure are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must hold an Ohio RN license.
• 2–5 years supervisory/management experience.
• 1 year long-term care and behavioral health experience.
