Job summary

Fort Worth ISD seeks an Executive Director of Literacy and Multilingual Programs to design and implement a coherent PK-12 system anchored in HQIM and the District Instructional Framework.

You will supervise Directors across Literacy, Bilingual Programs and Supports, Dyslexia, World Languages, and the Student Placement Center to ensure alignment of curriculum, instruction, and assessments and to drive strong student outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Masters preferred in Education or content field.
• Experience leading literacy and bilingual programs.

Responsibilities

• Leads design and implementation of PK12 literacy/multilingual system anchored in HQIM.
• Ensures lessons and resources align to standards and Tier 1 instruction.
• Oversees development of lessons and planning resources with assessments.
• Develops leadership across Directors/Coordinators and maintains performance culture.
• Collaborates to ensure HQIM fidelity and instructional expectations.
• Manages budgets and aligns resources to district priorities.
• Speaks to executive leadership, the Board and external stakeholders.
