Job summary

The Anchorage Coalition to End Homelessness (ACEH) seeks an Executive Director to lead one of Alaska's most influential organizations addressing homelessness. Reporting to the Board, you will serve as chief strategist, fundraiser, relationship builder, and public ambassador to advance ACEH's mission.

The role leads strategy, financial sustainability, staff leadership, and system-wide initiatives to improve homelessness prevention and response in Anchorage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree as listed or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading senior management with budgeting and operations.
• Proven ability to fundraise, develop grants, and secure sustainable funding streams.
• Ability to build partnerships across government, philanthropy, and business.
