Job summary

Qualifications

• MBA, CPA, or other advanced designation preferred.
• At least 10 years of financial and/or operational leadership experience.
• Experience managing financial operations in a professional services organization.
• Experience leading and developing administrative teams.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Firm’s financial operations.
• Develop and manage the annual operating budget and long-term financial plans.
• Prepare and present financial reports, forecasts, and analysis.
• Oversee billing, payroll, and general accounting.
• Establish and maintain financial controls.
• Oversee facilities, IT, HR, and risk management initiatives.
• Support compliance and risk-management programs.
• Foster collaboration across Finance, HR, IT, and Operations.
