This senior role partners with the EVP, Chief People Officer, to define and execute the enterprise narrative strategy for colleagues across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, public relations, marketing, or a related field.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in corporate/internal communications in a large, complex, matrixed organization.
• 5+ years of senior leadership experience managing teams and leading enterprise-level communications strategies.
• Proven experience developing and executing enterprise narrative and messaging frameworks that drive organizational alignment.
• Strong executive presence with ability to advise and influence C-suite and senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute enterprise narrative and messaging strategies for internal audiences.
• Lead colleague communications across channels, including executive messaging for senior leaders.
• Drive culture initiatives and measure effectiveness of internal communications.
• Align internal communications with broader reputation management efforts across the enterprise.
