This executive will establish enterprise operating models that deliver safe, patient-centered care, improve access, and drive performance while coordinating with physicians, nursing, pharmacy, cancer center, and leadership teams.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in nursing, healthcare administration, business administration, public health, pharmacy, or a closely related field.
• 10+ years in complex healthcare operations with infusion services and leadership across multiple sites.
• Texas licensure within 1 year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes a multi-year enterprise infusion strategy aligned with institutional priorities.
• Creates a unified governance model for oncology, hematology, non-oncology, regional and home-based infusions.
