Qualifications

• 10+ years of drug discovery and/or early development experience in pharma/biotech, with immunology depth.
• Strong understanding of immune-mediated diseases and external collaboration opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead external immunology opportunity triage and diligence with cross-functional teams.
• Design and execute collaborative strategies with academics, biotech, and industry partners.
• Negotiate collaboration plans, scientific objectives, milestones, and governance with external partners.
• Represent Integrative Sciences in internal and external forums and drive progress reports.
