Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading identity, fraud, data management, or related domains.
• Strong understanding of identity verification and preventing account takeover.
• Experience designing customer-facing experiences across channels.
• Leadership experience managing product teams and large programs.
• Ability to build and execute roadmaps with measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Set vision and strategy for updating identity and demographic data across channels.
• Partner with channels and lines of business to deliver simple update experiences.
• Build protections for high‑risk updates and verification checks.
• Create a roadmap to remediate inaccurate identity data and enable proactive outreach.
• Balance security with a smooth customer experience and reduce friction.
• Lead and develop a team of product managers, fostering innovation and accountability.
• Collaborate with tech, design, fraud, modeling, and operations teams for scalable solutions.
• Define and track metrics for customer experience, data quality, and risk outcomes.
• Establish data governance standards and controls for identity lifecycle processes.
• Ensure privacy, policy, and audit requirements are met and maintain strong controls.
• Represent the team in senior forums, communicating strategy, risks, and results.
