Qualifications

• Eight+ years of progressive senior leadership experience.

• Ability to meet on-site travel and scheduling requirements.

Responsibilities

• Set vision and translate strategy into goals and plans.
• Lead senior leadership team and foster accountability and inclusion.
• Oversee financial planning, budgets, cash flow, audits.
• Oversee housing programs and property operations.
• Build partnerships with donors, funders, and government.
• Represent the organization in public forums and with residents.
