Saint Mary’s Homecare, part of LHC Group and a member of the Optum family, seeks an Executive Director to oversee the entire home health provider and direct day-to-day operations in Reno. You will coordinate projects, supervise staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive service quality while aligning with the company’s philosophy of care.

This leadership role focuses on increasing profitability, staff development, and maintaining high quality patient care.

Formación

• Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse licensure with 1+ years supervisory or administrative experience in a home healthcare or a related field
• Current driver's license and vehicle insurance, access to a dependable vehicle, or public transportation
• CPR certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire
• Home care experience
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to work independently
• Good communication, writing, and organizational skills

Responsabilidades

• Coordinates and completes assigned projects to support the immediate and long-range objectives of the company
• Oversees the eligibility of patients referred to home care services, planning for the services to be provided to patients and supervising their total home health care
• Implements and maintains administrative practices, agency philosophy, goals, and policies which assure compliance with applicable state and federal regulations
• Enhances the profitability of the agency; and providing motivation and retention of a qualified staff and assure the quality of services delivered
• This position also acts as a liaison with management staff and other departments throughout the company.
