Job summary

IL Home Health Care, part of LHC Group, is seeking an Executive Director to serve as the Administrator of the home health provider in Illinois. You will oversee day-to-day operations, coordinate projects, manage patient referrals, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive profitability while leading a qualified team.

The role requires an active RN license with 1+ year supervisory or administrative home health experience, a valid driver's license, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse licensure with 1+ years supervisory or administrative experience in home healthcare or a related field
• Excellent communication, writing, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently
