Job summary

SF Giants, owner of the Curran Theatre, seeks an experienced Managing Director to assume executive management of Curran Theatre starting April 2027. You will lead day-to-day operations, revenue management, and administrative functions, and serve as the primary contact for business operations while partnering with ATG on Broadway content.

Qualifications

  • 5 to 7 years of progressive senior management experience in a similar venue or arts organization.

Responsibilities

  • Provide overall leadership, vision, and operational direction for the Curran Theatre in alignment with 415 Presents' mission and strategic pillars.
  • Lead the conception and execution of a 2027-2029 roadmap with milestones and partner activations.
  • Oversee day-to-day venue operations, administrative workflows, and staff management.
  • Drive sustainable commercial growth through ticket sales, private events, and venue rentals.
  • Partner with ATG to support Broadway content and build the annual show calendar.
  • Champion community relations and cultural revitalization in downtown San Francisco.
