Job summary

Crothall Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, seeks an Executive Director of Facilities Management for the UK HealthCare region. The role leads regional FM operations, oversees budgets, and drives client satisfaction across multiple hospital accounts.

You will oversee staffing, ensure regulatory and contract compliance, and partner with hospital leadership to deliver high-quality facilities services and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 5 years supervisory experience in Facilities Maintenance, preferably in acute care.
• Demonstrated knowledge of building systems and relevant codes (NFPA, TJC, CMS, OSHA).
• CHFM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops a regional business plan and budget with the support team.
• Oversees financial data accuracy, program balances, and resources.
• Ensures client satisfaction and account retention through strong leadership.
• Coordinates regional staffing and conducts quarterly client reviews.
