TEKsystems in Dallas, TX is seeking an Expert Level leader to oversee the operational, financial, and strategic direction of the diagnostic and imaging services practice. You will partner with senior leadership and physicians to drive growth, patient access, quality outcomes, and an exceptional patient experience.

The role covers budgeting, financial performance, compliance, and regulatory alignment, plus business development and expansions.

Description

Responsible for the overall operational, financial, and strategic leadership of the practice/network. Partners closely with senior leadership, physicians, and governing boards to drive growth, innovation, patient access, quality outcomes, and an exceptional patient experience. Oversees budgeting, financial performance, business development, compliance, and operational excellence while ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements.

Serves as a strategic advisor to the Regional Vice President and Policy Board(s), providing guidance on organizational priorities, policies, and long-term growth initiatives. Directs the development and execution of short-term and long-range strategic plans, budgets, and operational objectives to ensure financial sustainability and continued organizational success.

• Remote to TX ( 30 % travel to Texas sites)
• Lead the financial, operational, and strategic direction of diagnostic and imaging services.
• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, financial plans, and performance metrics.
• Analyze financial and operational performance to identify opportunities for growth, cost optimization, and improved profitability.
• Partner with senior executives, physicians, and governing boards on strategic initiatives and organizational priorities.
• Develop and execute short- and long-term business strategies to support sustainable growth.
• Drive transformational healthcare initiatives, process improvements, and operational efficiencies.
• Support business development and expansion of imaging and diagnostic services.
• Ensure operations remain aligned with healthcare regulatory, compliance, and quality standards.
• Improve patient access, service delivery, and overall patient experience.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $227000.00 - $227000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
