Job summary

Charitable Pharmacy of Central Ohio is seeking an Executive Director to provide strategic and organizational leadership, guiding growth, strengthening financial sustainability, and advancing fundraising and resource development.

The ED will partner with the Board, oversee operations and compliance, and cultivate an inclusive culture while representing the organization with donors, healthcare systems, public agencies, and community partners.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience with the ability to set direction and lead through growth and change.
• Strong commitment to improving medication access and engaging diverse stakeholders.
• Experience in pharmacy, healthcare, community health, or related environments with regulatory knowledge.
• Experience partnering with Boards and executive leadership for governance and strategy.
• Strong budgeting, financial reporting, forecasting, and internal controls know-how.
• Proven success raising funds from donors, health systems, foundations, and partners.
• Proven ability to build high-performing teams and foster collaboration.
