Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Organizational Leadership, Ministry Leadership, Social Services, Nonprofit Management, Human Services, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in nonprofit, ministry, social-service, or community-development settings.
Fundraising or donor-relations experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide overall vision and leadership for the Healing Center and align with Vineyard Cincinnati Church.
Develop and lead staff and volunteers, and build community partnerships.
Develop and execute a sustainable fundraising model and annual plan.
Ensure financial health, governance, and organizational performance.
Represent the Healing Center within the church and in the greater Cincinnati community.
