Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Organizational Leadership, Ministry Leadership, Social Services, Nonprofit Management, Human Services, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience, preferably within a nonprofit, ministry, social-service, community-development, or similar organization.
• Physical Requirements: The position regularly requires sitting, standing, walking, seeing, and hearing.

Responsibilities

• Provide vision and leadership for the Healing Center, aligning with Vineyard Cincinnati Church mission.
• Develop and oversee fundraising, donor relations, and financial sustainability.
