Vineyard Columbus seeks a Lead Pastor for VC Sawmill to shepherd a thriving, multigenerational congregation in the northwest Columbus region. This role provides vision, pastoral leadership, biblical teaching, and strategic direction while cultivating a disciple-making church that reaches the community and expands the Kingdom of God.

Qualifications

• Meets biblical church leadership qualifications (1 Timothy 3; Titus 1).
• Demonstrates spiritual maturity, emotional health, humility, integrity.
• Strong biblical and theological foundation; Kingdom theology; Vineyard distinctive.
• Proven experience leading teams, ministries, or congregations through growth and change.
• Gifted preacher and communicator; teaches Scripture biblically and practically.
• Develops leaders, builds healthy teams, creates scalable ministry systems.
• Passion for evangelism, outreach, discipleship, and community engagement.
• Relational intelligence; builds trust and navigates conflict.
• Experience in diverse, multigenerational, multicultural ministry.
• Bachelor’s degree, theological training, or equivalent ministry experience.
